Raloquick infrared emitters from Radium TECH combine maximum efficiency and reliability for heating or drying various materials. Their unique filament structure emits medium-wave IR radiation with short response times. Thanks to their compact design and customizable options, they offer a flexible solution for diverse manufacturing processes.

Power Density: Up to 100 W/cm², ideal for processes with high power requirements.

Normalized radiation distribution of NIR, Raloquick and "simple" medium wave.
The following diagram shows the possibility of heating polymers homogeneously with Raloquick emitters. The emitter is designed for this purpose close to the NIR range. However, in contrast to NIR radiation, the energy losses when radiating through the materials are kept low. Penetration depths as well as preferential heating of surfaces can be controlled via the wavelength.
Compact design: Enables ideal space utilization in existing systems.
Immediate readiness: Short response times thanks to a special filament structure; only a short warm-up phase is required.
Infrared emitters from Radium TECH offer customized solutions for heating and drying processes in industry.
