XERADEX® – Excimer Lamps made by RadiumXeradex-Anwendung

Perfect for Industrial Surface Treatment

Radium TECH's XERADEX® series of excimer lamps are state-of-the-art xenon lamps that set new standards in surface activation through their pulsed-mode technology. With a wavelength of 172 nanometers and high efficiency, these lamps are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, from semiconductor production to water treatment. Their technical precision and compact design enable easy integration into existing systems, making them a cost-effective alternative to chemical processes.

Technical Parameters

Xeradex blau

  • Radiation output: Up to four times higher radiant output thanks to pulsed mode – compared to conventional VUV lamps.
  • Efficiency: Approximately 40 percent of the electrical output is converted into 172 nm VUV radiation.
  • Compactness: Often no additional cooling is required; nitrogen purging is sufficient.
  • Lifespan: Up to 2,500 hours.
  • Operating conditions: Ozone generation, preferably used in airtight enclosures; high voltage required with DBD ballasts.
